Promoting and supporting the goal of a fulfilling career in the changing face of expectations from the profession, a career that affords balance of profession, family and other passions.
I believe that somewhere along the line we became so busy and distracted we have lost the passion for what unites us as colleagues and as a profession. We have the most honourable profession in the world which is something of which to be so immensely proud.

Long before COVID-19 we have been "kicking goals" as a profession, as a College, in caring for our patients and communities. We rallied for our communities in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and we continue to navigate and lead through these challenging times. We need to celebrate this and show this through testimony to our communities we serve and governments who prescribe the resources we need to provide this care.
